Matt Kingham, PhD
Led by Matt Kingham, LandD Consulting combines learning and development expertise with firsthand experience across the nuclear industry, including fuel-cycle operations, commercial nuclear power generation, major construction and commissioning projects, and advanced reactor development.
Matt has held operations, maintenance, engineering, testing, and training leadership roles in some of the industry's most complex and highly regulated environments. His experience includes the U.S. Navy's nuclear propulsion program, uranium enrichment operations, and commercial nuclear power, including new and advanced reactor projects such as AP1000 and TerraPower's Natrium reactors. He combines experience as a licensed Senior Reactor Operator and INPO-certified Nuclear Instructor with a PhD in Leadership and Human Resource Development, a perspective that connects operational performance, workforce capability, learning system design, and leadership development.
That perspective shapes LandD's approach to every engagement: translating technical and regulatory requirements into training that builds competence, supports operational excellence, and prepares personnel to perform to the standard the work demands.
